Notice Period

You may cancel your AI-GB services at any time by providing 30 days written notice via email to info@ai-gb.co.uk

How to Cancel

Send Written Notice

Email your cancellation request to info@ai-gb.co.uk with "Service Cancellation" in the subject line. Include your account details and reason for cancellation (optional but appreciated).

Confirmation

We'll confirm receipt of your cancellation within 24 hours and provide your final service date (30 days from notice).

Service Continuation

Your services will continue as normal during the 30-day notice period. You'll continue to receive full service and support until your final service date.

Final Billing

Your final invoice will be issued for services rendered up to your cancellation date. No further charges will be applied after this date.

Important Notes

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email
  • 30-day notice period begins from the date we confirm receipt of your cancellation
  • Services remain active during the notice period
  • No cancellation fees apply

Refund Eligibility

Initial Setup Period (First 30 Days)

If you're not satisfied with our services within the first 30 days, you may request a partial refund:

  • Days 1-14: 50% refund of setup fees (monthly service fees prorated)
  • Days 15-30: 25% refund of setup fees (monthly service fees prorated)

Service Failure or Non-Delivery

If we fail to deliver agreed-upon services, you're entitled to a full or partial refund:

  • Services not delivered as specified in your agreement
  • Technical failures preventing service delivery for more than 7 consecutive days
  • Breach of service agreement by AI-GB

Billing Errors

If you've been incorrectly charged, we'll issue a full refund for the incorrect amount within 5-7 business days of verification.

Non-Refundable Items

  • After 30 Days: Monthly service fees are non-refundable after the initial 30-day period
  • Third-Party Costs: Domain registration, hosting fees, or third-party software licenses purchased on your behalf
  • Completed Work: Custom development, content creation, or design work that has been delivered and approved
  • Change of Mind: Refunds are not provided simply due to change of business direction or strategy after 30 days

How to Request a Refund

Submit Request

Email info@ai-gb.co.uk with "Refund Request" in the subject line. Include your account details, invoice number, and detailed reason for the refund request.

Review Process

We'll review your request within 3-5 business days. We may contact you for additional information or to discuss alternative solutions.

Decision Notification

You'll receive a written decision on your refund request via email, including the refund amount (if approved) and processing timeline.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.

Dispute Resolution

If you're not satisfied with our refund decision, you have the right to escalate your case:

Step 1: Internal Escalation

Request a review by senior management by emailing info@ai-gb.co.uk with "Dispute Escalation" in the subject line.

Step 2: Mediation

If internal escalation doesn't resolve the issue, we're willing to engage in third-party mediation to reach a fair resolution.
