Email your cancellation request to info@ai-gb.co.uk with "Service Cancellation" in the subject line. Include your account details and reason for cancellation (optional but appreciated).
We'll confirm receipt of your cancellation within 24 hours and provide your final service date (30 days from notice).
Your services will continue as normal during the 30-day notice period. You'll continue to receive full service and support until your final service date.
Your final invoice will be issued for services rendered up to your cancellation date. No further charges will be applied after this date.
